For companies that are not included in our current list of billers, please assist us by writing to us about the company you want to pay on our Customer Service Form. We will try to bring these merchants on board.

a. Can I transfer funds to another person's account?
Yes, this service is available.
b. Are there fees for funds transferred between my accounts?
No, fund transfers within UnionBank are free!
c. Can I transfer funds to an account in another bank?
Yes, this service is available by enrollment.
1. What is my User ID and password?
Your user ID is initially your atm card number which can be nominated upon enrollment. Your password is your atm pin.
2. Can I change my password online?
No, you cannot change your password online. You can change your password at any UnionBank ATM machine.
3. Can I change my ID?
No, your User ID is permanent
4. I have a passbook account but don't have an ATM, how can I do banking online?
Sorry, but you'll need an ATM card to enroll. You may ask the branch to convert your passbook account to an ATM-based savings account.
5. What is the difference between my transaction password and my login password?
As part of the improved security of our website, we will be providing you with two passwords, the login password. Your login password, which you will be using to log in to your account, will continue to be your ATM PIN. Your transaction password, meanwhile, will be used when you conduct financial transactions. You will be nominating your transaction pin upon your first log in.
6. What do I do if I enter my login or transaction password incorrectly and I get blocked?
If you forget your login / transaction password, you may contact our 24-hour call center at 84186. They shall facilitate the reset of your Password tries within 24 hours, so that you can try logging in again.
5. What do I do if I forget my login or transaction password?
There are two options available to you if you forget your login password. Since this is also your atm Pin, the first option would be to replace your card, and re-enroll your new card into the facility. If you think you can still remember your pin, just contact our 24-hour call center service to facilitate a reset of your pin tries within 24 hours and try again.
